Frustrated!!
The first 2 weeks I got going really well, I lost 2 lbs each week- I was so excited! Then I gained a pound back; no big deal. Then I didn’t lose weight for 2 weeks. Still trying to stay positive. Then I get back on today for my weigh-in and I’m up another pound!! I’m only 2 pounds down from my start weight and I’m frustrated! I know it’s more than likely because I haven’t been consistent w/my journal and BS accountability the last couple weeks, and I think due to that I actually have not eaten enough to make my body burn calories. So, I’m not trying to throw myself a pity party, but I could use a butt-kicking one!! My first goal is to be under 200 lbs by June 21, when we go on vacation. My mom, who lives in FL, is also losing weight, and so we are both trying to get to certain goals by then when we will see each other for the first time in 6 months. I have 13 pounds to go….and I know I can’t do it alone!! I am so grateful for my team and buddies on this site- thanks for giving me motivation, strength, and encouragement. Together we can all reach our goals, even through the frustrating times!
Believe me when I say do not give up, re-evaluate your program and see where you are going wrong and adjust it …you are going to lose that 13 lbs …good luck:)

Okay, I understand your frustration. Add everything you just said PLUS the stress of busy times at work and I’m sure it through your body out of whack. You are doing your WATP and brisk walks at work breaks, but are you getting your cardio up? Getting enough B6? Forget about the past couple of weeks and pretend that today is the start of your journey! Grab a hand from a wildcat and let’s finish this journey together!
So sorry, i know it’s really frustrating when you’re trying and it doesn’t work. I believe you can do it Betsy! Sounds like you aren’t gona give up which is the best thing ever! Make sure you are eating well and get as much cardio in a row as possible. You’ve got a great Wildcat team there behind you plus all us other buddies. You can do it!
Been there. It is called plateau, try changing what you do up. And never quit! Here for ya!
